Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgical procedures with application of pneumatic tourniquet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Presence of deep vein thrombosis 2 presence of Peripheral Vascular disease 3 Presence of poor Cardiac reserve 4 Presence of Sickle cell disease 5 Patients refusal
