Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with greater than 20 teeth present. Patients with no other systemic diseases and had not received any periodontal treatment in past six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases that increases cortisol levels. Patients who were on anti-inflammatory drugs or antibiotics in past six months. Pregnancy and Lactating women. Diseases related to immune system.
