Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all clinically diagnosed vitiligo patients and apparently healthy controls which were age and sex matched

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. those who did not consent to be a part of the study 2. those who were previously diagnosed with thyroid disease, and were taking medicines for the same or had undergone any thyroid surgery 3. those who were on oral immunosuppressants in the last 1 month
