Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 3-12years sex:Both male and female children severe itching with scartching Erythema papules with oedema Vesicles Oozing Crusting Scaling Lichenification Patients willing to fill concent/assent form Patients willing to take Photograph before and After treatment patients who are all willing to give blood samples at subsequent visit are involved in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Scabies Photo dermatitis Ichthyosis Pityriasis alba Cheilitis

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome is reduction in EASI Score.Reduction in clinical symptoms like Erythema, Thickness,Severe itchinh,lichenification.Photos of the patient before and after treatment for the evidence of the clinical improvementTimepoint: 15 days

MeasureTime frame
It is assessed by comparing the safety parameters before and after treatmentTimepoint: 15 days
