Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . First episode of ischemic stroke defined on CT scan or MRI brain. . Presentation 1 month to 3 months of stroke onset. . Age group between 18-70 years . Modified Rankin Scale scores of 3 and 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Bilateral strokes . Hemorrhagic strokes . Significant joint deformity preventing effective physiotherapy . Unstable cardiopulmonary status and other diseases which are likely to hamper effective rehabilitation
