Health Condition 1: null- Patients reporting to the department with pain and diagnosed with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis were chosen for this study. They were explained the treatment protocol and selected when consented.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: vital tooth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis. moderate to severe pain HP-VAS 85-144 mm subjects having prolonged response to cold testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: periapical pathology, history of previous medications, patients of ASA class III and above, pregnant or lactating women, and patients with history of gastritis, asthma and allergy to NSAIDs
