Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either sex, aged 18-75 years, having severe cancer pain (NRS 7 or more) and are morphine naïve will be included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient already receiving morphine or any other opiates. 2.Patients who are having morphine non-responsive/partially responsive pain 3. Patients having brain tumour/ metastasis to brain, liver or renal dysfunction 4. Patient having the bowel obstruction 5. Patients who refuse consent 6. Patient having pure neuropathic pain 7. Patient requiring steroid for managing pain
