Inclusion criteria: All cases of alopecia areata seen in the OPD and those who give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Patients who have taken treatment for alopecia areata previously 3. Patients who do not give consent
