Inclusion criteria: All hospitalized patients in psychiatry in patients department, Belonging to both the sexes and were above 18 years of age Who are on treatment with psychotropic drugs by the treating psychiatrist From whom signed informed consent form from legally accepted representative is available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 18 years
