Intervention1: Lobelia Nicotanefolia: The powdered will be given orally administraion 200mg tid with lemon juice local application 200mg bid duration 15 days follow up 7 days total duration of course

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the clinical features of disease Tundikeri (Tonsillitis) described as per the Ayurvedic and Modern science

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Peritonsillar Abscess, Parapharyngeal Abscess, Tonsillar Lith, Tonsillar Cyst and Diphtherial tonsilitis. 2. Tonsillitis associated with malignancy and other systemic disorders.
