Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obese individuals of both the genders 2. Central obesity (defined as waist circumference more than or equal to 90cm for men and more than or equal 80cm for women) 3.BMI >30kg/m2 willing to undergo Basti treatment after informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Obesity with other complications (Evidence of Cardiac, Respiratory,Hepatic and Renal dysfunction, uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled Hypothyroidism 2. Pregnant and Lactating women. 3. Patients unfit for Basti karma. 4. Patient not willing to undergo Basti treatment.
