Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with chronic Rhinosinusitis as per the diagnostic criteria,Impaired quality of life, as measured by the Rhinosinusitis Disability Index (RSDI),Willing to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy,Use of any other investigational agent in the last 30 days, Chronic or intermittent use of inhaled, oral, intramuscular, intravenous, and/or potent Steroids,Diabetes mellitus,CRF,Hepatic Failure
