Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age more than 18 years of either gender 2.Treatment naive patients of plaque psoriasis 3.Patients of plaque psoriasis receiving methotrexate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women 2.Patients immunocompromised due to drug or disease/impaired liver/renal/hematological functions
