Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1 Intraoperative dose requirment of anaesthetic agent to maintain targated entropy (40 -60) in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass 2 Assessment of postoperative awarness in patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass Timepoint: 1 Entropy will be monitored every 10 minutes for 4 hours 2 Post operative awarenesswill be assessed 24hrs after surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence of preoperative anxiety in patients cardiac surgeryTimepoint: only single time one hour prior to surgery
