Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I, II, III 2. Age â?? full term neonates and infants 3. Weight 2.5 â?? 5kg 5. Surgeries â?? neonatal emergencies, herniotomy, orchiopexy, meningomyelocele, sacrococcygeal teratoma, anorectal malformation â?? colostomy, PSARP, stoma closure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA status IV, V 2. Age - preterm neonates, > one year 3. Weight 4. Uncompensated cardiac or respiratory diseases
