Intervention1: Ampicillin loaded hyroxyapatite granules are placed in Periapical Cysts after curettage: Dose 500mg Frequency single loading dose Duration drug is released over 21 days Route targeted

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 periapical cysts in anterior maxilla, mandible

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: systemic diseases, habits, lactaion, pregnancy,pencillin allergy

Measure	Time frame
soft tissue healing of the surgical site in the periapical region of the mandible and maxilla is assessed as per the scoring index of Landry, Turnbull and Howley. Perfect healing is given a score of 5.Timepoint: 7 days after periapical surgery	—
