Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age is >=40 years 2. Has given consent to inclusion in the study 3. Established on CPAP for at least 3 months 4. Obstructive Spirometry

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of Heart Failure 2. Known COPD/Asthma and on treatment

MeasureTime frame
1) Incidence of airflow obstruction using 70% and 75% cut off. 2) difference in CAT score and FOSQ between the two groups 3) Activity Data (number of steps in a day) before and after LABA/LAMA 4) change in CAT test after treatment in the two groups (70% and 75% cut off) 5) change in FOSQ 6) 6 minute walk test pre and post treatment Timepoint: 1) Incidence of airflow obstruction using 70% and 75% cut off. 2) difference in CAT score and FOSQ between the two groups 3) Activity Data (number of steps in a day) before and after LABA/LAMA 4) change in CAT test after treatment in the two groups (70% and 75% cut off) 5) change in FOSQ 6) 6 minute walk test pre and post treatment
