Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body mass index 30 Kg/Square meter ormoe Waist circumference >104 cm or more in men and 88 cm or moe in woment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Endocrine disorders Allergic disorders Pregnancy and lactation Management for weight control within previous 3 months Any other condition deemed unsuitable for the trial
