Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone renal transplant at the renal transplant unit of IPGMER SSKM Hospital within the last 4 years. 2. All post renal transplant patients who are on drugs for cardiovascular diseases. 3. Willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inadequate past medical record data availability. 2. Any other condition which could preclude prospective follow up for six months
