Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1and 2 patients for prone surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA 3 and 4 ,predicted difficult airway, surgeries in supine position, oral and nasal surgeries, preoperative sore throat.

LMA technique reduces time from induction to start of surgery and recovery time as compared to ETT techniqueTimepoint: Approximately 10 min reduction in induction to start of surgery time, around 5 min reduction in recovery time
