Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Criteria for selection of healthy volunteers (Controls) 1.Healthy volunteers from the periphery of Jamnagar without any bars of caste, religion, occupation, and sex etc. 2.Age group: - 18-50 yrs. Criteria for selection of cases 1.Diseased persons attending the O.P.D. and I.P.D. of I.P.G.T. & R.A. will be selected without any bars of caste, religion, occupation and sex. 2.Age group: - 18-50 yrs. 3.Diagnosed Patients of Amavata 3.Apparently healthy individuals who are not suffering from any systemic diseases like Diabetes, Thyroid disorders and Coronary artery diseases etc. since last one year.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for controls & cases 1.Healthy volunteers or Patients of Amavata having age less than 18 years and more than 50 years. 2.Cases of Amavata with other comorbidities such as Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, or any other endocrinal and metabolic disorders.
