Inclusion criteria: Age 3-12 Fever Sore throat/throat pain Hoarseness of voice cough Rhinitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diptheria Peritonsillar abscess H/o Rheumatic fever Angioneurotic oedema Infective mononucleosis
