Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All ASA grade 1 and 2 patients 2. Age 18-60 years of either sex undergoing arthroscopic ACL reconstruction under spinal anaesthesia and receiving postoperative femoral nerve block
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Contraindication to spinal anaesthesia (coagulopathy, spine deformities, local infection) 3. Pre-existing neurological deficit 4. Inability to understand Numerical Rating Scale ( NRS ) 5. Surgical duration exceeding the effect of spinal anaesthesia
