Intervention1: Resistance exercise: 3 sets consisting of 10 repetitions each of bench press, biceps, triceps, leg press, leg curl, and hamstring curl exercises thrice per week till the next menstrual

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 College going girls having symptoms of cyclic mastalgia 2 Age group between 18 and 25 years 3 Females who is having regular menstrual cycles of 28-30 days 4 Those who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Participants in other therapies for pain like aerobic exercises, regular stretching exercises, and using pain medications. 2 Any cardiac, respiratory or orthopaedic problems. 3 History of breast surgery 4 Regularly involved in sports training. 5 Any metabolic disorders such as hyper/hypo thyroidism, PCOD
