Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Recreational runners (A recreational athlete was defined as anyone participating in aerobic or athletic activity at least three times per week for at least 30 minutes) 2)Recreational runners diagnosed with patellofemoral pain using clinical tests (Vastus medialis co-ordination test , eccentric step test , patellar apprehension test ) 3)Age group of 18-45 years 4)Participants of either gender 5)VAS greater than or equal to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Meniscal pathology 2)History of any previous surgery to lower limb 3)Ligament pathology at knee 4)History of recurrent patellar subluxation or dislocation 5)Hip pathologies 6)Knee pain from trauma
