Health Condition 1: null- Age more than 18 years ASA grade I and II undergoing elective surgery requiring tracheal intubation under general anaesthesia.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I & II scheduled to undergo elective surgery requiring tracheal intubation under general anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients withanticipated difficult airway: Oropharyngeal pathology and facial abnormality Mallampatti class III and IV Thyromental distance BMI >35 kg/metre2 Interincisor distance Inability to bring lower incisors in front of upper incisors Cervical spine pathology or restricted neck movement Buck teeth , poor dentition with high risk of damage 2) Haemodynamic or pulmonary compromise 3) High risk of pulmonary aspiration (non fasted, gastroesophageal reflux) 4) Pregnancy 5) Cardiac disease and Hypertension
