Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy individuals with More than 20 teeth in the oral cavity No history of any periodontal surgical therapy in last 6 months. Teeth in normal alignment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients using antibiotics in past 6 months. Systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, connective tissue disorders, kidney, liver and neurological disorders. Smokers,alcoholics. Pregnancy and lactating women. Presence of periapical pathology. Patients with poor oral hygiene.
