Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical sign and symptoms of Pakshaghata Ischemic patients with stable vitals .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled metabolic disorders , and other systemic disorders , Unconscious Patients, Paralysis complicated with heart diseases
