Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients in whom spinal anaesthesia is contraindicated. 2 Patients having known allergy to ondansetron. 3 Patients having hypertension and coronary artery disease. 4 Patients who are taking selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI). 5 Parturients 6 Patients having Autonomic Neuropathy. 7 BMI > 30 kg/m2.

To assess the effect of intravenous ondansetron on spinal anaesthesia induced hypotension and bradycardia.Timepoint: 0min, 3mins ,6mins, 9mins, 12 mins, 15mins, 18mins, 21mins, 24mins, 27mins, 30mins.
