Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obstructive adenoids grade 3 or grade 4 with and without otitis media with effusion with or without allergic rhinitis and sinusitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Otitis media with effusion without adenoid enlargement or adenoid infection (pus) with or without allergic rhinitis 2. Acute otitis media 3. Chronic otitis media 4. Immunocompromised 5. Mental retardation syndromes 6. Cleft palate 7. Grade I and II adenoid enlargement 8. Exclusive intrinsic ET dysfunction

Grade of adenoid, part of adenoid enlarged at the time of presentation 2) Pharyngeal Eustachian tube at the time of presentation opening 3) Organisms in adenoid core and organisms in effusion fluid analysed by taking the sample during the procedure and obtaining the results after 3 days 4) Allergic rhinitis and asthma at the time of presentation opening 5) Sinusitis at the time of presentation opening
