Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Wt. 20 to 70 kg ASA grade-1&2 Malampatti grade- 1&2 Conscious & co-operative patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 70 years Wt. 70 kg ASA grade >3 Difficult intubation (MGP 3 or more) Non co-operative patient any contraindication to opiods patient on beta blocker allergy to drug
