Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who will be referred for Prosthodontic rehabilitation after being planned for maxillectomy, having age group of 18 years and above will be enrolled, irrespective of gender and the cause of cancer. 2 Patient with defect involving hard palate only 3 Patients giving positive informed consent. 4 Patients showing compliance for required visits during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Completely edentulous arch. 2 Associated mid facial defects. 3 Involvement of mandible or tongue. 4 Defect of soft palate only 5 History of airway diseases. 6 Patients not willing to undergo prosthodontic treatment.
