Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having abnormal vaginal discharge associated with low back ache, pruritus vulvae, lower abdominal pain, dyspareunia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic and metabolic diseases. Patients with syphilis, gonorrhoea, hiv and malignancy . H/o ocp use and iucd insertion within 3 months before enrollment Pregnant and lactating women
