Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents of either gender with at least one child of age less than or equal to 10 years visiting KIMS hospital outpatient departments 2. Parents self-medicating their child 3. Only one representative (either mother/father) from a family

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents unwilling to give informed consent 2. Incompletely answered questionnaire 3. Parents taking their child always to the doctors for treatment purpose
