Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: >=18 years 2. Presence of Miller class I or II recession ( >2mm in depth at buccal aspect of teeth) 3. Absence of any systemic condition that would interfere with healing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recession defects associated with caries, deep abrasions or restorations 2. Active gingival and periodontal disease. 3. Teeth with excessive root prominence. 4. Smokers. 5. Poor oral hygiene

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of root coverage in terms of width and depth. Timepoint: 3,6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increase in the width of keratinized gingiva. Clinical attachment level. Patient satisfaction analysis. Timepoint: 3, 6 months
