Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Subjects with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease -Healthy subjects who appears for health check are served as controls

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Tuberculosis -Patients with LV disease -Malignancy -Cardiomyopathy -Renal failure -Valuvalar disease and myocardial ischemia
