Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who had been operated for spinal pathology and having persistent back pain or recurrent back pain for more than six months not responding to conservative treatment with myofascial trigger points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having needle phobia or behavioral disorder. Bleeding disorder or on anticoagulant medication. Localized or systemic infection. Red flags sign for spinal pain in FBSS. FBSS with Radiculopathy.
