Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Physical status I and II 2.Posted for elective lower limb orthopedic surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusing to participate in the study 2.Allergy to amide local anaesthetic 3.Patient with ischemic heart block and Dysarhythmias 4.Patient taking alpha 2 antagonist,ACE inhibitors,Calcium Channel blokers and Beta Blokers
