Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Low anal fistula, Subcutaneous fistula, Intersphincteric fistula , Transphincteric fistula 3. Bhagandara of above type with Parikartika (Fistula with fissure-in-ano). 4. Bhagandara with controlled Diabetes mellitus & Hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2. High anal fistula , Pelvi rectal fistula , Supralevator- Suprasphincteric fistula , Extrasphincteric fistula, 3. Fistula other than ano-rectal 4. HIV & HbsAG Positive , Uncontrolled diabetes & other systemic disorders will be excluded.
