Inclusion criteria: Education level: Currently pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Participants should be regular students Must provide consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students who have reported clinically significant mental illness, chronic physical and neurological disease or who have been excluded based on Kessler 10 (K10) scores
