Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: two or three wall interproximal intrabony defects Systemically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any systemic disease that affect the periodontium and contraindicate for periodontal surgery Patients on medication Patients with psychiatric disorders Inability or unwillingness to complete the trial Patients on medication Poor oral hygiene Pregnant lactating mothers Smoking History of alcohol abuse
