Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.have a full complement of teeth, with the possible exception of third molars and premolars extracted for orthodontic reasons 2.DMFT score less than one 3.have no evidence of moderate to severe gingivitis or loss of gingival attachment greater than 2 mm 4.show no evidence of a deeply fissured tongue or irregular oral mucosal surfaces which might enhance fluoride retention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.marked intraoral soft tissue pathology 2.Subjects taking antibiotics 3 months before or during the course of study 3.Medically compromised patients 4.Children undergoing orthodontic therapy
