Interventions

Control Intervention1: Propofol TIVA: other factors staying the same, anesthesia will be maintained with propofol infusion under BIS guidance. Opioids will not be administered Control Intervention2: I

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1-3 all will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: denies block Lack of consent Allergy to Local anesthetics Local area disease precluding PECS block

MeasureTime frame
In a cohort of patients undergoing brest cancer surgery under nerve block and opioid free anesthesia what is the rate of PONV, pain, LOS in recovery room and complications.Timepoint: Post Op, 30 mins, 6, 12,18 and 24 hours post op.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Is there any difference in gaseous versus total intravenous sedation in above parameters?( Pain, PONV, Analgesic requirement) Compare quality of life of patients undergoing breast surgeries- Timepoint: end of surgery 2 3, 6 and 12 m. Upto 1 year post op
