Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with clinical feature of primary Hydrocele, pateint who are diagnosed with primary Hydrocele by USG.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Hydrocele of spermatic cord, viral infections, heart disease, DM, HTN, TB, Haematocele, Pyocele, Testicular Tumors, Orchitis, calcification of Hydrocele sac, Scrotal filaraisis (patient with secondary hydrocele), Uncontrolled other systemic disorders
