Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primigravida and primipara 2. Patients who have completed 36 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, renal disorder, cardiac disorder. 2. Malpresentation and Malposition 3. patients with multi pregnancies. 4.APH like placenta previa, abruptio placenta 5. Pregnancy toxemias like PET, gestational diabetes 6. Pregnancy with hb% less than 8gm/dl 7. preterm labour
