Interventions

Intervention1: serratus anterior plane block: 0.25% of 20 ml ropivacaine injected in between serratus anterior plane and 4th rib under ultra sound guidance and total duration of block is 10 minutes Co

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients Undergoing Trunk Based Flap Surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal 2. Patients with Coagulopathy (INR >1.5, Platelet count 3. Patients with infection at the local site 4. Patients with allergy to the local anesthetic drug 5. Patients undergoing infraumbilical trunk based flaps
