Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 18 - 35 years. 2. Systemically and Periodontally healthy individuals. 3. Subjects not responding to the conventional orthodontic therapy in mesialisation of mandibular molars.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Subjects with any systemic diseases which will interfere with the treatment outcome. 3. Subjects who are Smokers

MeasureTime frame
Radiographically evaluate the bone density using CBCT before and after PAOO procedure using demineralised freeze dried bone allograft ( DFDBA) in comparison with DFDBA and platelet rich fibrin(PRF).Timepoint: Pre-operative and 6 months post-operative.

Assessing the gingival biotype before and after PAOO procedure.Timepoint: Pre-operative and 6 months post-operative
