Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)ASA grade I and II 2)Age between 18 to 65 years 3)Patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia for any lesion in the breast benign or malignant
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with history of allergy to local anaesthetics 2)Patients with severe renal,hepatic,respiratory,cardiac,neurologic disorders 3)patients with history of opiod,cocaine abuse 4)Patients on anticoagulants 5)Patients with psychiatric illness
