Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI greater than or equal to 22.9 kg/ m2 2.Participants with family history of diabetes 3.Willingness to consume the test foods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Underweight 2.Specific diet restriction (weight reduction, low fat, salt restriction diet) 3.Suffering from any chronic illness or medical condition (Heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, renal or kidney disease, anaemia) 4.Pregnant and lactating mother 5.Food allergy 6.Physically challenged
