Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I patients undergoing unilateral tympanomastoid surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Known allergy to Local Anesthtic agents 2.Coagulopathy 3.Infection at the site of needle insertion
